What is your shipping policy for frozen goods?

Frozen items are shipped Monday through Wednesday via expedited service to prevent weekend transit delays. We use dry ice to maintain a deep-freeze state until the package reaches your door.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States due to the highly perishable nature of our products and strict international customs regulations for fresh fungi and seafood.

Can I return a food product if I change my mind?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a resolution.

How should I store my fresh truffles upon arrival?

Fresh truffles should be wrapped in a clean paper towel, placed in an airtight glass jar, and stored in the coolest part of your refrigerator. Change the paper towel daily to prevent moisture buildup.
