Our American Wagyu Kalbi is a thin Korean horizontal cut from the chuck-end of the short rib. Unlike American and European-style short ribs, Korean-style short ribs are cut lengthwise across the rib bones, making them a bit easier and cleaner to eat. Fantastic when grilled, this cut has intense and intricate marbling, always yielding a fantastically juicy, succulent texture.
